Set to a backdrop of 1950s America, White Christmas (the musical) tells the tale of two old army buddies turned Broadway stars, Bob Wallace and Phil Davies, as they smittenly follow the singing Haynes Sisters to a lodge in Vermont for Christmas, help them put on a special Christmas show, and maybe find love along the way! The story takes a surprising turn when Bob and Phil discover that the lodge is owned by their former army general - and he is desperate need of their help.
A tale of love and friendship to light up your Christmas this year, featuring many fabulous songs - including Sisters, Blue Skies and, of course, White Christmas. It’s a timeless comedy, to warm hearts of all ages. Legendary composer and lyricist Irving Berlin's musical prowess is on full display throughout the show with great toe-tapping rhythms, mesmerising melodies and memorable lyrics.
2023 marks an exciting chapter for the award-winning Ruislip Operatic Society, commemorating our centenary year. We hope you join us for what promises to be an amazing show, celebrating the past century together whilst excitedly looking forward to the next 100 years.
